$11.5M Mansion Sale Breaks West Palm Beach Real Estate Record

The $11.5 million sale of a mansion has set a new record for the sale of a single-family home in West Palm Beach.

The buyer was Barbara Seymon-Hirsch, trustee of the Edgewater Trust. The listing agents were Ashley McIntosh and Burt Minkoff of Douglas Elliman.

According to Zillow, the median home value in West Palm Beach is $237,600. West Palm Beach home values have gone up 5.7% over the past year.
