The 2013 Reebok CrossFit
Games South East Regional
 Marred
by dust, sweat and blood, the top 48 men and women and the top
30 teams from Florida, Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina have
succeeded to compete in the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games South
East Regionals taking place at the Palm
Beach County Convention Center on May 17 – 19. This
weekend the games become all too real as they now compete in
hopes of making it on the podium for one of the three coveted
spots in each division at the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games in
Carson, California. Throughout the course of three days, see
athletes perform brutal combinations of workouts to test the
range and depth of their physical and mental capacities. Workouts
may contain a combination of functional movements such as rowing,
running, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, and gymnastics. There,
under the critical eye of Level 1 judges, and in front of thousands
in the stands, the best athletes of the South East Region will
prove their fitness! These athletes WILL give their ALL! Striving
valiantly for their best to move on to the next level! Will
you be there? Tickets are $15/day or a 3-Day pass for $40. Children

The 2d Annual Community Connection Golf Tournament, presented
by the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators,

Second Annual Colavita “Motivation
Man” ½ Iron & Olympic Triathlon

On Sports Marketing, Inc. announced that the Second Annual Colavita
Motivation Man ½ Iron & Olympic Triathlon (www.motivationman.com)
will be held on Saturday, June 1 in downtown West Palm Beach.
The triathlon, presented by Publix, will benefit the Crohn’s
& Colitis Foundation of America. The 2012 Motivation Man race
attracted over 600 participants and was the first triathlon ever
held in downtown West Palm Beach. Organizers are hoping the event
will sell out at 1,200 participants this year. The event consists
of two races: an Olympic-distance triathlon (.94 mile swim, 25-mike
bike, 6.5 mile run) and a Half-Ironman (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile
bike, 13.1 mile run). The event will encompass all of downtown
West Palm Beach, including the Intracoastal Waterway, Flagler
Drive and Southern Boulevard. Road closures on race-day include
56 miles of Southern Boulevard, from the Intracoastal in West
Palm out to Belle Glade; Flagler Drive and parts of South Clematis,
Greenwood and Washington. In addition, the Intracoastal will be
closed to boat traffic. The action-packed weekend includes the
Publix Health and Fitness Expo, as well as a weekend kick-off
party and a post-race awards ceremony and after-party at the famous
E.R. Bradley’s Saloon on the waterfront. Costs to participate
are: Olympic Individual Triathlon Registration - $175.00, Half
Iron Individual Triathlon Registration - $275.00, Olympic Relay
