Sunday Funday at the Boynton Beach Marina on October 9, 2011 from 1-4pm

Join us at Boynton Harbor Marina for an afternoon filled with sun, fun and music! Family Fun! Petting Zoo, Pumpkin Decorating, Face Painting. Live Music! Featuring Islands Sounds of Wildfire. "OctoberFest" Food & Drinks Specials! Boynton Harbor Marina is located on the NE corner of Ocean Avenue and the Intracoastal Waterway. Free parking. Garage parking is available in the marina or lot parking at the NE corner of Federal Highway & Ocean Avenue.

I went down to the Boynton Beach Marina. The affair had been cancelled because the wind was too strong for the vendors to set up. Although disappointing, safety of the vendors and spectators was priority.

Too bad! Not sure if it will be rescheduled, but there plenty more Sunday Fundays ahead. 2011: November 13 (I do not see one scheduled for December). 2012: January 8, February 12, March 11, April 1 and May 6.

Note that a Sunday Funday is not scheduled for December 2011, however, The Holiday Extravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, December 3rd at the Ocean Avenue Amphitheatre and the Holiday Boat Parade (yea!) is scheduled for Saturday, December 9th at the Boynton Harbor Marina.
