Mondays are pretty quiet - likely even during Christmas week. Look into Bamboo Lounge in downtown Lake Worth, City Cellar at CityPlace, Taboo in Palm Beach.

There is a new place opening any day now in the Northwood district. I think it is on 23rd Street and Dixie. I'll try to find out the name.
