RATES: All rates are
per person based on double occupancy. Prices are subject to change.
Does not include port charges, taxes or Bahamian departure fees.
An additional Fuel/Security surcharge of $15 will be collected
at The Port of Palm Beach.
PARKING: Valet Parking
is available at the Port Terminal. Price for valet parking is
$8.00 per day (and is subject to change). Valet service must be
pre-paid in full at time of arrival. Please note: SELF-PARKING
IS NOT AVAILABLE.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel or change
your reservation(s) more than 7 days prior to the original sailing
date, we will fully refund your payment, or change your reservation(s)
free of charge.
If you cancel or change your reservation(s) 3-7 days prior to
the original sailing date, we will refund most of your payment
(excluding the $25.00 administrative fee, per person) to cancel
or change your reservation(s).
Cancellations and changes cannot be made less than 3 days prior
to the original sailing date and we will not be able to refund
your payment.
The return sailing date can be changed (depending on space available)
and will include a $25.00 administrative fee, per person.
Please note: Our Cancellation Policy may be different for package
bookings. Call 1-866-Go-Ferry for details.
CRUISE DOCUMENTATION: All cruise tickets and embarkation forms
will be provided at the cruise terminal at the check-in counter.
EMBARKATION: All Passengers
Boarding at the Port of Palm Beach Are Required To Check In Between
7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Passengers arriving after 8:00 AM may be
DENIED BOARDING, per PLCC Policy.
All Passengers Boarding
in Freeport Are Required To Check In Between 3:00 PM and 4:30
PM. Passengers arriving after 4:30 PM will be DENIED BOARDING,
per PLCC Policy.
TRAVEL AND PERSONAL
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION: It is the sole responsibility of
each passenger to provide the appropriate and valid personal identification
documentation required by law, such as passport and visa requirements
for boarding and re-entry to the United States.
UNITED STATES CITIZENS:
A passport is highly recommended, as it will expedite your check-in
process. In absence of a passport, a certified or original birth
certificate accompanied by a valid Federal, State or local PHOTO
identification document, such as a driver's license, will be accepted.
Voter's Registration and Social Security cards will NOT be accepted.
Children under sixteen years of age do not need an ID card.
NON-UNITED STATES CITIZENS:
Please check with your local consulate prior to travel to ensure
that you have the necessary travel documentation.
REFUSAL OF PASSAGE:
Cloud X Cruises may refuse to transport or may debark at any port,
any passenger who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious
disease, ill heath or whose presence may be detrimental to the
comfort or safety of other passengers or the crew, or who may
be excluded from landing at a destination by immigration or other
Governmental Authorities. In such case the passenger shall not
be entitled to any refund of fare or compensation.
MINOR PASSENGERS: Passengers
under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
This age limit will be waived for under age married couples (proof
of marriage is required at check-in).
SPECIAL NEEDS: Passengers
with specific needs or a medical condition that requires special
attention must advise Cloud X when making their reservation and
confirm the information in writing. Passengers requiring a wheelchair
onboard must make independent arrangements.
BAGGAGE LIABILITY:
Passengers will be limited to 2 carry-on bags (One purse, briefcase,
laptop, small backpack). Passengers are allowed to check up to
two (2) pieces of luggage, maximum 36X36X24 or 24X36X36. The combined
weight of all checked luggage must NOT exceed 60 lbs per person,
or a $5.00 charge, per pound will apply. No bags over 70 lbs will
be accepted. No Pets or Firearms allowed. NO COOLERS, PLASTIC
BINS, OR PERISHABLES (Meats, fish, etc.). Additional information
on Baggage Liability is available in the "Cloud X Passage
Contract".
RESTRICTIONS ON ITEMS
CARRIED ONBOARD THE CLOUD X: In the wake of the events of September
11, 2001, PLCC has adopted the Transportation Security Administration
(TSA) policy that has prohibited the following items (though they
can be carried as checked luggage):

Knives
Diving Gear (Mask , Snorkel, Sling Spear, Fins,...)
Cutting instruments of any kind and composition
Corkscrews
Baseball - Softball
Golf Clubs in Bags
Pool cues unless carried in a box
When in doubt, transport item in checked baggage.
ITEMS THAT ARE STRICTLY
PROHIBITED ON BOARD:
Explosives and
Firearms
Scuba dive tanks
Gases and pressured containers
(Pressurized spray can hairspray and deodorant)
Flammable liquids and solids
Poisons / pesticides
Infectious materials
Corrosives: Drain cleaners, car batteries, etc.
